This is the big daddy code sample that I used during the WCF talk titled "Using Behaviors to Flex Your WCF Muscles".  It's quite a bit more involved as it makes every effort to use good Domain Driven Design and demonstrates an example of an interesting workflow.  Expect to see me continue to build on this sample with future DubF, TDD, Software Factories, and of course WCF.  If you have questions about why I did something the way I did be sure to post a comment or email me!
